Refund & Return Policy

Each of our products is made with care and features specialised prints designed to be unique and long-lasting when properly cared for. Because of the delicate nature of our printing process, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.

1. No Returns or Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your order has been processed.
Please make sure you carefully review your order details — including size, colour, and design — before completing your purchase.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item at support@projectspectre.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing or shipping error on our part, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

3. Care Instructions

Our garments feature specialised prints that require gentle care to maintain their appearance and longevity.


We recommend:

  • Washing inside out in cold water

  • Avoiding bleach and harsh detergents

  • Air drying instead of tumble drying

  • Avoiding ironing directly over prints

Damage caused by improper care is not eligible for a refund or replacement.

4. Responsibility

Once your order has been delivered in good condition, it is the customer’s responsibility to care for and preserve the product according to the provided care instructions. We cannot be held liable for any wear, fading or damage resulting from misuse, washing errors or general wear and tear.
