Please take a moment to read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Pre-Sale Ordering

All of our items are sold on a pre-sale basis. This means that:

Our store remains open for a limited time to receive orders.
Once the pre-sale period closes, no additional orders can be accepted.
Production begins after the pre-sale window has ended.

This approach allows us to produce each item to order, reduce waste, and ensure you receive a freshly made product.

2. Production & Fulfilment Timeline

After the store closes, the manufacturing process begins.
Production and fulfilment typically take 2–3 weeks, which includes:

Custom printing and garment preparation
Quality checks
Packaging and dispatch

Please note that this timeframe may vary slightly depending on order volume or supply chain factors, but we will keep customers informed of any major delays.

3. Shipping

Once manufacturing is complete, your order will be shipped directly to the address provided at checkout.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping times will vary depending on your location and the courier service, but most domestic deliveries arrive within 3-4 business days after dispatch.

4. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping information is entered correctly at checkout.
We cannot be held responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If your Address cannot be found, or for any case your item is returned to us, a mandatory handling fee (usually £6 for single items) + shipping costs are required to re-direct your purchase to a valid address. These must be covered by you (the purchaser) within 15 days of our courier notifying us. Failure to do so will cause your package to be returned to us, and your order voided with no refund.
